Janet Phalen is an investigative journalist who discovered some frightening provisions embedded in the Patriot Act. Those provisions are intended to kill you. You need to know.


Question:

Has the Bush Administration made plans to kill of a portion of the present population of the United States for a reason that serves their ends?


If so, what are those ends and who is targeted for death? Might one target be you?


The subject seems to take us into a world that is more science fiction than reality but given the many things Bush Co. has done that make no sense unless you let the actions speak their truth through time it is probably a good idea to take all ideas seriously, at least until we check them out.


The means for accomplishing this eugenics project is, according to Janet Phelan, journalist and researcher, the water system. The Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles takes on a sinister character when you read the story written by Ms. Phelan. But it is a story you need to know.


Ask yourself. Are you an enemy of the United States? You might be surprised by what appears in the Patriot Act. Below is part of the story, written by Ms. Phelan. You need to know. Nearly three years have passed since the publication of “Public Extermination Project.” (http://la.indymedia.org/news/2004/08/115676.php) New information has surfaced supporting these claims. In addition, this reporter has determined some errors in the initial report, which mandate correcting.

A careful reading of Section 817 of the Patriot Act, “The Expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute,” reveals this to be the umbrella statute which is authorizing this project. While the wording of this statute is somewhat opaque, a diligent scrutiny of the language reveals its true intent.

Firstly, this statute is legalizing “delivery systems” and “toxins” under certain circumstances. “Delivery systems” is weapons terminology. “Toxins” are poisons. The statute details when these delivery systems and toxins will and will not be legal.

Poisons, as we all know, are meant to terminate, not enhance, life. There is no mention in 817 of these poisons being utilized as any sort of legally sanctioned punishment for a crime, such as lethal injection. Rather, the statute states that these SHALL be legal when used for purposes determined as “peaceful, protective, prophylactic or bona fide research.”
``(2) The term `restricted person' means an individual who--
``(A) is under indictment for a crime punishable by
imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
``(B) has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
``(C) is a fugitive from justice;
``(D) is an unlawful user of any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled
Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));
``(E) is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States;
``(F) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
``(G) is an alien (other than an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence) who is a national of a
country as to which the Secretary of State, pursuant to section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. App. 2405(j)), section 620A of chapter 1 of part M of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2371), or section 40(d) of chapter 3 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2780(d)), has made a determination (that remains in effect) that such country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism; or
``(H) has been discharged from the Armed Services of
the United States under dishonorable conditions.

Nowhere is there any mention of exclusive military dominion over these delivery systems and toxins. We therefore infer that this is NOT authorizing the use of poisons in warfare against an enemy of the United States of America.”


Is there anything that is too much for Bush Co.? His greed is only limited by his imagination. Now that is a scary thought.

Because we are free and reject, as did Christ, the use of deceit, manipulation or violence we need to be conscious about our relationships with others and find ways to grow into the sense of connection and community that makes us One in Him.

This is especially true for Christians but it is true for everyone else as well.

Nearly every major spiritual viewpoint enunciates the idea that we are connected to each other and should be good to each other. Christians just have an even more exacting mission. Christians are to love every one, treating them as they would Jesus.

Jesus was very clear about how we were to treat others. He did not say that it was alright to be abusive, deceitful, and violent if we used government as our tool and agent. There was no exception, He wanted all of our hearts, minds and souls. Christ did not lay out any plan of government, but left it to the conscience of the individual, the same way He connects to each of us.

We are Americans but we are also members of a human family that connects us to something truly wonderful and immense.

So our job here at the Spiritual Politician is to look at Government as a human tool we use every day. We need to consider if government is working in a way that speaks that common understanding about our connections to each other and, if it is not, we need to change it.

Americans have had many successes over the last 231 years since our founding and, learning from both mistakes and successes we can consider that question. So here at the Spiritual Politician we look at the truth behind of rhetoric.

Given what is going on today in Government what we may decide to do it reboot the whole system.

Granny Warrior Linda - The Ron Paul Road to Freedom

At the beginning of the 1770s waves of distrust and tension had already caused America's colonials to view the Royal Governors and England's Monarchy with caution and hostility. Colonial Americans had removed to the New World for a variety of reasons but a love of government was not among those.


For many, including the Puritans and Quakers, two of the major groups who made up the population prior to the Revolution, the intention was to try new forms of organization based on very different ideas about their relationship with God. Through town governments that depended on a small group of people using persuasion the ideas of individual freedom had been in use for generations by then. General Gage, the commander of the British forces based in Boston in the period before the Concord Alarm and the Shot Heard Round the World was advised to force the replacement of town governments with oligarchic British borough governments. Gage correctly saw that would not work.


Those ideas explored the idea that God endowed each individual with an immediate and personal relationship with Him. Remote from England the ideas that were born from the most ancient ideas of Christianity found resonance with new ideas then finding light in the works of John Locke and other writers on the ideas of Natural Rights.


The ideas of individual freedom had moved into the realm of politics through a process that had been going on for six generations. Getting things straight can take time.


General Gage wrote copious letters to his own commanders in England explaining that he could not seize the leaders of the Rebellion because in their place others would simply take action. Organizing action in New England had become decentralized, with individuals using their ample initiative. In this way the Sons of Liberty came together as a secret society and the Committees of Correspondence began meeting to build consensus.


America would be characterized by the initiative of its people until the present monarchy arose, asserting through changed practice that sovereignty was again held by government instead of by individuals who hired government to handle some things for them. Again, the initiative of a free people has responded to refute that assertion.


The players in this Revolution are very decentralized.


Linda Hunnicutt, the Granny Warrior, met Ron Paul for the first time in 2005 when she was on a personal crusade to stop the busibodiness of government. Linda had become aware that the U. S. Department of Agriculture was interfering with the right of individuals to own exotic animals and become active on the issue.


Linda and her husband were licensed to care for exotic animals for many years, starting a sanctuary for animals in Florida. As a trained caretaker for exotic animals of all species, Mrs. Hunnicutt had bottle raised over 200 orphaned baby monkeys; many of these were sold to zoos or placed with families trained to care for them. When she left Florida she took one small monkey with her. His name is Buddy.


As Thomas Jefferson noted in the Declaration of Independence, the people will put up with a lot before they decide that action must be taken. Having heard about legislation that would categorize monkeys as inherently dangerous Linda and her fellow Warrior Granny, Karen Racca from Texas headed to Washington D. C..


Linda and Karen parked their huge RV outside of Congress so they could speak to the Fisheries Committee then meeting that had the power to put an end to such foolishness. The bill under consideration was H. B. 1329. The amendment would keep people from traveling with their monkeys and Buddy would hate that.


Walking in they encountered a slight, gray-haired man who obligingly offered to show them where to go. So Congressman Ron Paul showed them to the Fisheries Committee room. No one ever explained why the Fisheries Committee would be considering the question but it made as much sense as anything in Washington D. C., she figured.


Linda and Racca got the law changed that day. No more trips to D. C. were necessary. Linda is very persuasive.


Linda kept working but she also became aware that there were more issued with government than she had imagined possible.


Then, in March of 2007 a swat team, two sheriffs, and an agent from the USDA came to her door demanding she sign a permit to keep Buddy. Linda was just back from Virginia where she had helped Danny and Cindy Henshaw , whose hogs had been shot dead by the USDA with no notification. Linda was told that if she refused to sign the permit, which would in effect be a contract allowing them access at any time to her home, they would take Buddy away from her right then.


Linda was alone, her husband at work. She leaned her 30/30 rifle up against the door and told them she would not sign. One of the swat team asked her if she was going to shoot someone over a monkey. Linda replied that she would shoot someone over a ground hog if it were her ground hog. Then she broke out her Constitution and Bill of Rights and explained why they did not have a right to come into her home or question her about Buddy.


After the remedial civics lesson Linda suggested they leave. The swat team and sheriffs turned around and left leaving the USDA agent standing there alone. Then he scampered away, too.


Initiative and knowing your rights makes all the difference. Linda could see that immediate action was necessary.


The more Linda had learned about Ron Paul, the nice guy who took time to help her, the clearer it became to Linda that Ron Paul was the only candidate she could trust and so, determined to see him elected President, she took to the road in The Freedom Ride, sharing with ordinary Americans the words and history of a man they could trust to put the Federal government in order, eliminating much of its infrastructure and returning power to the people.

Linda has been at every major Ron Paul event, following the action across the United States. In the last 5 months the crowds have grown in size and become increasingly knowledgeable about what went wrong with government, she says. She would know. Linda represents the original courage and integrity of Americanism. Her travels in the Freedom Ride show just what ordinary people can do.


Today there are 700 Ron Paul Meet-up groups. Tens of thousands of activists are working to elect Ron Paul President of the United States – so he can return America to the form of government agreed on in 1787. Ron Paul activists make their own signs, register Ron Paul Republicans, rally, and let the establishment know that they cannot ignore the people.


At some point they began calling it the Ron Paul Revolution. That is true in ways they cannot even imagine.


The Ron Paul Campaign has a National Headquarters that maintains a website and does fundraising but that is the smallest part of the campaign. The real Ron Paul campaign is being carried out by unpaid activists working in their communities and on line through action taking place with individuals and small, local groups. It is an replication of the original form for cooperative action that empowered the American Revolution. Its activists think of it as Revolution II.


The issue underlying the activism is the form Americans will use to provide services through what we think of as government. The Constitution and Bill of Rights say that if the people can do it themselves, through community or privately, then government has no role. The Ron Paul Revolution is proving that, as was true at the time of the Revolution, the people can do it themselves. Illustrating the truth is the best way to persuade; the Ron Paul Revolution effectively provides the community level infrastructure for local organizing in politics so that other community organizations can take on the jobs that so desperately need doing for all of us.


If we had kept that form at the time of the Revolution we would be better off today, living in communities that were practiced in doing it themselves.


Government has let us know they are not to be trusted or relied on. Katrina and dozens of other incidents, the War in Iraq and the rape of our monetary system, the coming economic meltdown, have let us see their real agenda. George III was a piker in comparison.


Churches, fraternal orders, women's clubs, and the other organizations that once provided nearly all our essential infrastructure can then begin repairing the damage that governments and corporations have caused.


Ron Paul has committed himself to return federal government to the role and power set for in by the Constitution. That is tiny. He has committed to expunge the IRS, the Department of Education and many other agencies that take to themselves the power that is reserved to the people.


When Ron Paul is inaugurated Linda intends to be there with Buddy. It will be one heck of a party for all Americans.

John Heure - Veterans for Peace: Peace through Justice

Veterans for Peace is meeting now in St. Louis. There are many groups made up of Veterans now working against the War in Iraq and for peace – which is not the same thing. Groups and individuals are gathered there to talk and work. Issues include the continued impact of toxic substances on the victims of war, Impeachment, ending the present war in Iraq, countering attempts of the Bush Administration to glamorize war to suck in young people, providing real help for the people of Iraq now and later.

A cessation of the present assault on Iraq will not bring peace. Peace is not just the absence of violence, it is a dynamic state wherein individuals stop using violence, coercion or deceit to obtain their goals.


After the War in Vietnam ended over there the war against veterans continued here in America.

There has been a continuous barrage of quiet war against both veterans and all Americans for generations. Like the photo of the little girl in Vietnam ravaged by Napalm, this continued war is not a single incident or a mistake. Think of it instead as a corporate strategy that uses war as a tool for profit.


And while corporations use our government to augment their profits using war to justify buying the death they rain around the world we must remember who is paying the bill. If you have any doubts look at every bill you pay and notice the tax.


We were taught that America was saved from the Depression by war. That is another lie in a long string of lies that leads back to the mercantilism that begot this world, shredded by violence, rage, and death. Taxation is theft. Grid corporations just get government to do it for them.


Peace is another matter. The corporate state despises peace because when we live in real peace there is no fear. People prosper, raising their children, building their communities, worshiping, loving, and realizing their dreams.


A peaceful people do not spend money on Napalm. They have time to look more deeply into the world around them, notice wrongs and right them.


Therefore peace is what government and corporations fear most. The cacophony of violence keeps us from noticing. When you are treading water in shark infested water you do not think about the fact the IRS put a lien on your home.


We have let peace slip through our hands by misunderstanding what peace really is.


Peace is justice because without the healing justice brings peace cannot take root in our hearts and we cannot forgive.

Peace is making sure that no one is left out because each of us matters.

Peace is living in community with others using honesty, persuasion and kindness and speaking a loud NO to deceit, coercion and violence.

As individuals we can choose to do that. The next step on that path is to stop letting government use deceit, coercion and force in our names. To do that we need to enact justice so peace can find a place in all out hearts.


Justice for our military is one step on that path. Both veterans and active military are desperately in need of simple justice. Benefits promised have been withheld to augment the profits of this administration and its cohort of greedy corporate friends.

Here is a proposal that can awaken Americans to what is happening to those who have served and suffered. Please help us make this happen for all of us.

Justice for Veterans

Veterans face growing anguish and frustration over a system positions itself as the only means available for obtaining the services and benefits promised to them as a condition of their military service. But at the same time they confront the reality that the same system views them as costs to be minimized. To those now running the military they are not individuals who are owed the benefits promised, they are the enemy.


What has happened is this.


The system that provides a military for the United States once operated on an organizational model that assumed that benefits promised must be provided. That same system, funded by tax-payer dollars dedicated to defense, ignored the costs because the benefits were viewed as expenses already spent. Those promises had to be redeemed so the books would balance.


That was how government worked. No one expected it to generate profits. It was viewed as a large service center, carrying out the functions, for instance defense, entrusted to it by Congress and the President acting on behalf of the people who elected them.


That was appropriate and honorable. It never worked very well but those involved were well intentioned.


Then a different philosophical point of view was introduced, making its argument from the viewpoint of 'profitability.' These people, few of them ever having served in the military, gave us outsourcing and privatizing. They viewed former military who needed benefits or active military as an expense to be lowered in any way possible. They were very inventive.


Stalling, forcing veterans to jump through hoops ensured that those most in need could be waited to death. Rewriting the rules, changing definitions, ignoring the causes of diseases caused by conditions brought on by things like Agent Orange allowed them to slide out from under the problems caused by the service given at great cost by our military.


Waves of shock and despair began to impact veterans seeking promised benefits desperately needed.


This new management team also looked at and used the oath taken by every man and woman who signs on to serve their country. This team, think of them as Team Profit, decided that the oath allowed them complete control. They could do anything, ignore any promise, because the veteran had to obey; veterans and military active service have no recourse, they thought


This is a form of racketeering, installed intentionally to use the loyalty and honor of individual military to silence them and deny them the benefits they were promised.


It was a moral watershed for America that most of us did not see. Team Greed probably got bonuses.


But their actions were and are criminal.


Those responsible are acting under color of law and authority to defraud. Those benefiting are numerous. The corporations who clamored for contracts; the lobbyists who sold the changes to Congress; the political parties who accepted bribes (donations) from the eager corporations. Those in Congress, the White House, and those they hired or appointed also share blame.


Because of this we need to take action.


This chain of causality must be documented. Acts and Facts need to be registered online for all to see. The methods used to defraud, from the 'Wait to Death Strategy' to the 'Redefine your Condition,' to all the other nasty little tricks used on veterans who are already worried and afraid need to be given the faces of those who experienced them. We need to tell the stories of veterans while at the same time showing the outline of the profit strategy that caused them to take place.


That is one step.


At the same time we need to understand why this is clearly illegal.


You cannot ask anyone to sign a contract like the one they now assert exists for military service. The power of the two parties is too unequal; there is no recourse and that is intentional. Most of those signing, enlisting, could not have gotten a credit card. They could not make a valid contract of this kind.


Therefore it is entirely invalid.


Veterans and active military are not bound; those harmed have a cause of action. So do those who are forced to provide for their needs because the promises made were not met.


Wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, children, aunts, uncles, communities. All of these have been forced to pay for what was to have been provided through taxes already paid. They are therefore paying twice. They also are victims and have cause of action.


This is a large, systemic problem. Solving it involves the following:


Document it. Those Acts and Facts. The human stories that the Team Greed has caused. Put their names on line. Show how they have cooperated and profited from this outrage.


Then we begin to file law suits naming the perpetrators.


Ten thousand law suits will disturb them. But each suit will have a name, a face, a body of fact and be absolutely correct in form and citings. 100,000 such law suits will destroy the system they use to shackle us.

On this day, August 8, 2007, America is at a tipping point. We arrived here through a series of incidents and actions taken by people. Our tools were law and institutions, tools we generally believe provide stability and order. Growing numbers of Americans now realize that those we trusted have used those tools to enrich themselves. We are faced with the compelling need to change government because of the deceit and unbridled greed of those who used our trust to steal.

Greed is a long-understood human failing. Greed harmed America by using our institutions in ways that were deceptive. Those deceptions were created by people who stood to profit in a variety of ways. This did not happen as a conspiracy; it happened because when one person comes up with an original way to steal, it will be copied and applied to other circumstances to achieve the same purpose.

A blow dryer is a small appliance used to dry and style your hair. Dropped into the bathtub of someone you want to eliminate, it is a murder weapon.

Blow-dryers and institutions of all kinds are just tools. Individuals entrusted with those tools are responsible for how those tools are used. There are many tools we need to rethink, including how we organize locally.

Our monetary system was intended to provide the means for exchange, to securely hold money, and to provide a way to measure what money is worth. It has become a weapon in the war to steal the wealth of people around the world. Fractional banking is a monopoly license to print money, issued by Congress to the Federal Reserve System in 1913. This system has stolen the wealth of five generations, while reorganizing us to make stealing ever easier. We have learned that the greedy are never satisfied. Constructing institutional means by which they could continue to steal was easy. We trusted them; they made sure their actions were covert, and then redefined the terms. They worked diligently to make sure that all the institutions eliminated choices that did not profit them. They did this for electricity, transportation, for all financial dealings, for insurance, and for all government services including the police and military. They have been re-calibrating the police and military to control us when deceit finally fails, which it is now doing. How they carried this process is also fascinating.

They knew that we would eventually notice. To put off the day of reckoning, they rooted around and found justifications for their actions. We know those justifications by many names. Among them are Communism, Socialism, The True Faith (fill in your favorite), The Free Market, Spreading Democracy, Fighting Terrorism, Straussianism, Progressivism - the list is endless. Some of these are complex sets of ideas that are logical - when reality is ignored. All are dressed up in pretty and inspiring rhetoric that paints a picture that either can't work, given the facts of human nature, or was never intended to work.

The greedy have huge piles of stolen money and continuously buy new idea sets that persuade people to accept their latest installation of yet another sucking machine. American history is full of the names of people who made smaller piles of money by supplying these justifications. Look at our think tanks and notice where their funds originate. Start with the American Enterprise Institute and Aspen Institute, then move on to others.

The constant tendency of organizations to become bureaucracies only helps this process. In even the best and most noble organizations, paid staff gradually replaces volunteers. The paid staff focus on their own best interests, often voiding the original charter of the organization. Volunteer organizations can be reformed by making sure that the management are always volunteers of long standing and the staff positions are only functionaries. Computers have reduced the need for large infrastructure in any case.

By contrast, government grows and spends with unbridled enthusiasm, and there are no controls. Everyone involved is invested in making it grow. I call this the 401K Syndrome.

By artfully redefining words like 'is' and 'privatize', they can justify anything. Just slather on lots of rhetoric that evokes emotions but is completely disconnected from what the words mean, and you have those streams of income firmly in place. Add politicians and courts funded by the corporations and, voila! Government as it exists today.

If you are an activist in America today you probably have your own set of ideas that includes some that they sold you. Get ready to rethink those ideas. They are artful in taking good ideas that could make us free - and converting them into ideas that enslave.

One current exemplar is the word 'privatize,' which used to mean giving control back to the individual. Right and Left are both guilty of subverting its meaning. If you instead read 'corporatize,' you will have a much more accurate idea of what is happening.

Federal government was a bad idea in the first place, because it removes the services people are paying for into remote hands. Transparency is completely lost. That was one problem. A worse problem was the constant redefining of terms and the essential basis for American government.

Government is just a contractor hired to fix our collective toilet. Government cannot be sovereign: the only sovereignty exists in individuals, those whose rights are referred to in that far more useful and meaningful document, the Declaration of Independence:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. б That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -----”


This form of government, with power collected at the Federal level, created an infrastructure that was outside the form originally accepted even by the Founders. The final message: it did not work.

So, that is the back story, where we are today.

Now the question is what to do about it.

First, you can trust them only if you can see exactly what they are doing at all times. That is what is meant by the term 'transparency'.

Second, individuals must be able to give smack-downs to uppity contractors, directly and immediately. All government employees are contractors, as are all those whom government hires to provide services.

Third, government needs to be returned to its original form, with the people deciding how to organize at the most local level. The mandate from the Declaration reads:

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”


This time, let us do a better job. If the last 200 years was the beta test, it is time to do a Reboot - and learn from our mistakes.

To Reboot, we need to get off the grids they set up to contain and control us; we must focus on local sources for all our needs; we need to strengthen community; me must assert accountability through common law courts.

What the Show is about and being a Spiritual Politician

Bringing government into alignment with the Lessons of Jesus:

The focus of our show is how to bring government into alignment with truth of our spiritual nature. So America started with the idea we are all, inherently free. We are free to choose, free to live, to breath, and to live our lives as we see fit. Government does not own us; government is just a contractor, providing service.

That framework is in alignment with the spiritual truth that each of us connects to God directly, needing no agency as an intermediary. To be free is to be free in the spirit and so in the flesh that temporarily holds the spirit.

When Thomas Jefferson said we were all possessed of inherent rights, existing before government he was extending a spiritual truth into a civic form. It is that Mission Statement from the Declaration of Independence we need to keep in mind.

Because we are free and reject, as did Christ, the use of deceit, manipulation or violence we need to be conscious about our relationships with others and find ways to grow into the sense of connection and community that makes us One in Him.

This is especially true for Christians but it is true for everyone else as well.

Nearly every major spiritual viewpoint enunciates the idea that we are connected to each other and should be good to each other. Christians just have an even more exacting mission. Christians are to love every one, treating them as they would Jesus.

Jesus was very clear about how we were to treat others. He did not say that it was alright to be abusive, deceitful, and violent if we used government as our tool and agent. There was no exception, He wanted all of our hearts, minds and souls. Christ did not lay out any plan of government, but left it to the conscience of the individual, the same way He connects to each of us.

We are Americans but we are also members of a human family that connects us to something truly wonderful and immense.

So our job here at the Spiritual Politician is to look at Government as a human tool we use every day. We need to consider if government is working in a way that speaks that common understanding about our connections to each other and, if it is not, we need to change it.

Americans have had many successes over the last 231 years since our founding and, learning from both mistakes and successes we can consider that question. So here at the Spiritual Politician we look at the truth behind of rhetoric.

Given what is going on today in Government what we may decide to do it reboot the whole system.
